Shipping Methods

Rooted ships orders with USPS Priority to minimize shipping time and variable temperature exposure during transit. Rooted makes every effort to package tubers and other products securely to minimize damage during transit. However, Rooted is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery failures caused by the carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and Rooted is not liable for issues outside of our control, including carrier delays.

Shipping Lead Times

In March of each year, Rooted processes and ships orders Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Orders placed during the month of March are typically shipped within two weeks of receiving full payment, depending on the product, availability, and the weather.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our flowers and other products, all sales are final. Rooted does not accept returns or exchanges.
